This Bristol based MC / DJ / Producer is a true representative of what hard work can achieve, not content with being one of the biggest MC's in drum and bass and also helping run one of the biggest labels in the scene D-Style, Jakes also runs one of the most consistent imprints in dubstep, in the form of Hench. Having launched the careers of artists such as Lost, Mensah, Chasing Shadows, Giant, Eddie K and many others, Hench really is going from strength to strength. Also as a producer Jakes has made some of the biggest tunes in the genre which have pushed him to the forefront of the scene, and allowed him to DJ all over the world. To say we are excited about having Jakes at For The Win is an understatement, we are ecstatic, and so should you be to.
